Mio are not able accept any responsibility for
unaccounted technical failures of the system
whilst your orders are in transmission.
Delivery
All jewellery will be delivered on Special Next
Day Delivery (which will require a signature)
in the UK and by the most suitable method to
Europe and Worldwide.
All products will be despatched within 7 working
days from your order (please contact us if you
need express delivery and we will try to accommodate
your request)
* Only in U.K can next day delivery be guaranteed.
All others 1st Class P&P.
There is no additional postage costs added to
your order, P&P is included in you order.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your jewellery
purchase for any reason, you can return it within
the following guidelines:
Jewellery items may be exchanged or refunded
within 7 days of the date they were received
including postage costs.
The customer should return all goods within
the original packaging, with the invoice enclosed
and the receipt of the returned postage cost.
We will refund this postage cost as well.
All items must be returned to us in an unworn
condition.
Jewellery returned to us that arrives damaged,
or any jewellery that is lost through postage
will not be credited.
Jewellery damaged whilst in transit to you
will be replaced at no extra cost with free
delivery.
Please inform us of any damage within three
working days of the receipt of your order.
Cancellation
An order may be cancelled at any time by forwarding
an e-mail quoting your name and address. The
subject line of the email should be 'cancellation
request'.
Unfortunately due to reasons of hygiene we
cannot accept returns for earrings, unless they
are faulty.
None of the above will affect your statutory
rights as a customer.

our website, or any problems regarding your

open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
Due to our working schedule we may not be immediately
available to answer the telephone however you
can leave a clear message stating your name,
telephone number, along with a short message
regarding the nature of the problem or a new
order and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Secure processing of credit and debit card payments
